HUMAN RESOURCES
Associates are indeed our most important assets. We make certain that our hotels are staffed with the best personnel available. We provide direction to our hotel managers in the areas of compensation, benefits, training and development to help them create for our associates a positive working environment in which they can grow personally and professionally. The result is minimum turnover of employees. Our associates stay with the HOTELPRO Family and develop a keen sense of loyalty and dedication to the company. In an industry where changes are constant, the tenure of many of our hotel associates is remarkable.

OPERATIONS
HOTELPRO provides key support and direction for every aspect of hotel management. Its three main areas of focus are sales and marketing, food and beverage and house keeping. Sales and marketing efforts include ensuring precise marketing positioning, and implementation of our marketing tools, such as direct marketing to corporate customers, participation in the GDS sales, targeted Internet advertising, online reservation facility via our web site and contracting with the most productive international tour operators. In the area of food and beverages we concentrate on offering excellent, healthy and delicious breakfasts to our customers featuring fresh items featuring many out of season fruits, etc. Our restaurants are managed by specialized, high quality staff ensuring not only interesting menus but attentive and warm and helpful service to all guests. We are obsessed with cleanliness of the guest rooms, of course, but as well all common hotel premises. Our house-keeping personnel are trained to put a maximum amount of attention to the smallest of details. Daily checking by hotel management ensures that this is always the norm.

HOTELPRO has a proven track record of identifying economically viable hotel opportunities that are profitable to both investors and the company.

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Implementation of our maintenance, energy telecommunications and safety programs ensure we make the most of our available resources, decrease expenditures, and increase profits.

FINANCE
Strong internal controls, a state of the art computerized reservation and processing system, integrated PC networks allow HOTELPRO to collect, properly interpret and consolidate financial information to ensure our hotels are operating cost-effectively and profitably. With centralized accounting services and uniform procedures, we improve cash flow and timely reporting for each hotel.
